Intended Purpose

co-mind.ai is a private AI platform for organizations, including managed service providers (MSPs) and their customers. It is intended to:

  • • Provide AI-assisted answers to business questions
  • • Retrieve and summarize information from the organization's own knowledge bases and documents
  • • Carry out actions through integrated tools such as email, calendar, ticketing, and CRM, under the control of the organization
  • • Support IT operations through AI-guided workflows

AI-generated output can be incomplete or wrong. It must be reviewed by a person before it is relied on or used for decisions.

Not Intended For

co-mind.ai must not be used for:

  • • Autonomous decision-making without human oversight
  • • Medical, legal, or financial advice, including medical diagnostics
  • • Processing special categories of personal data within the meaning of Art. 9 GDPR (for example health, biometric, or genetic data)
  • • Any practice prohibited under Article 5 of the EU AI Act, such as manipulative techniques, social scoring, emotion recognition in the workplace or in education, biometric categorisation, or remote biometric identification
  • • Any high-risk use listed in Annex III of the EU AI Act, such as biometric identification, safety components of critical infrastructure, decisions on education, employment, access to essential services or creditworthiness, law enforcement, migration and border control, or the administration of justice
  • • Any activity where a failure of the software could lead to death, personal injury, or significant environmental or property damage, for example emergency services or the control of critical infrastructure

Responsibilities of Deployers and Partners

Organizations that use co-mind.ai are responsible for using it within this intended purpose, for human oversight of its use, and for informing people where they interact with AI.

Partners who offer co-mind.ai under their own name or brand, or who modify it or use it for a different purpose, may themselves become a provider within the meaning of the EU AI Act (Art. 25) and take on the corresponding obligations.
